I founded Talint Consulting to help small businesses build thriving teams. Here's why:

My career includes ten+ years at two dynamic companies, Apple Inc. and Bethesda Softworks working with some really awesome people. I learned a lot about corporate culture and most of all about myself. I discovered what I love doing more than anything, is to help my coworkers grow their careers and to help workgroups develop into high-performing, cohesive teams.

In my corporate life, I gained extensive experience in both Learning and Development and Organizational Development. Soon friends, family, and community organizations sought my advice and help for their Human Resources questions. I found it exciting and satisfying to help them organize their HR component.

This knowledge is fundamental to every organization that employs people—large and small, corporate and non-profit. So that is what lead me to follow my passion, and help even more businesses align and develop their talent. Now Talint Consulting is ready to partner with you.
